Hands Lifting Hearts is a compassionate, community-centered organization located in Calgary, Alberta, dedicated to supporting African, Black, and Caribbean women, children, and youth by offering culturally appropriate support.

Services Offered Include:

• Pre labor, labor, and post labor support
• Perinatal, Maternal mental health education, counseling and support (depression, anxiety, mood swings)
• Early childhood disability/sickle cell support
• Support for loss of any stage
• Adoption support for parents
