While we hope that you are always happy with your selections, we understand that there may be challenges, therefore, in accordance with our Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy, If your selections have not met your expectations our Policy is as follows:

***Not all purchases are eligible for Refund, Return, or Cancellation.

Unless otherwise indicated, items and certain services sold or offered by Diaspure may be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date. 

***Diaspure does not accept refund requests related to any products not sold by us.

All returned items (as applicable) must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unaltered (in their original condition.)
  • Unused

Be sure to inform Diaspure of any order discrepancy within:

  • 1 day of receiving items that were shipped to you
  • 2 days from the purchase date for purchases that do not require shipment
  • 7 days before your subscription or membership renewal you must request a cancellation 

If we are not made aware within these timeframes, in some cases, we may not be able to move forward with your request.

How do you request a refund?

If you require a refund, exchange, cancellation, or must return something, for the matter to be resolved promptly please ensure you follow the simple steps below:

Use our contact form to notify us of your request and include the following in your message:

  1. Your name
  2. Your invoice or order number (Your invoice or order number will be on the invoice or receipt we sent to the email we had on file at the time you purchased your item(s)
  3. Clearly describe your reason for your request.  (Example. items received are different from what was paid for)
  4. Clearly list all faults you have identified with your purchase
  5. Attach clear images of the faults described in your email to us (When applicable)
  6. Include clear descriptions and/or photos of what you expected to receive or share URL’s to such items.  (Please be mindful that quality photos are extremely useful in these situations.) 
  7. Describe how you would like to proceed: (Return, Refund, Cancellation, or Exchange).

The more information we have the better able we are to serve you and prevent delays.

What selections do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges?

DOES NOT QUALIFY:

This is not an extensive list:

  • This refund policy does not apply to any service that requires the signing of a contract.
  • Sale Items
  • Any purchase made with third parties discovered on Diaspure
  • Books/and any other paper goods
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain digital products & services (Where applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Used, altered, and/or damaged goods
  • Certain services

What selections do qualify for refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges?

Pending review, the following may qualify:

  • Certain items sold by Diaspure
  • Certain services offered by Diaspure
  • Certain memberships and subscriptions offered by Diaspure

Cancelling Diaspure subscriptions and memberships

You are free to cancel your subscriptions or memberships at any time.  For best results, allow at least 7 days between the time you cancel and your billing cycle.  

To cancel subscriptions or memberships, please select “Manage Subscriptions” from your listings dashboard, or from the support page. You may also visit our contact page and select the option to send us a message regarding a “Refund, Return, Cancellation”.

Shipping & Return Charges:

Once you have made the decision to return your item to us please keep the following in mind:

  • At this time customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

Shipping & Return Tracking

  • If for any reason you must return a purchase, we will not be responsible for any errors with returned packages.
  • Be sure to keep your original post office receipts.
  • It is in your best interest that you insure and/or track your returned packages.
  • We do not guarantee that your item will be received by us. 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request in that email. If necessary, we may also request more information from you.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed.  Your payment method service provider may apply the funds to your account within 2-90 days.  Please verify with your provider. 

Refunds from Third Party Providers discovered on Diaspure

  • Be sure to abide by the Third Party Provider’s cancellation, refund, and any other policies that may apply.
  • Contact the provider using their platforms or other specified contact methods to make them aware of your needs.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you have not received a refund yet, first carefully check your bank account. 
  2. Then contact your payment method provider. 
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the form on our contact page.
