Do not track signals (DNT)

Diaspure links to and has enabled certain services with third-party sites that provide but are not limited to access to advertisements, maps, and web measurement tools. “Opting in or out” of DNT on your browser may result in a change in your user experience with our site.  Diaspure does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals at this time.

Do we collect or store data?

Yes. Personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable data. This is dependent on what you choose to share with us, or your usage of our site.

Personally identifiable information:

  • Includes names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

Non-personally identifiable information:

Business information and some publicly available information such as the name, address, and telephone number of a business are not categorized as personal information.

Diaspure may securely store or collect data automatically with the use of “Third Party” tools. More details are described below.

Collection of your financial data using certain forms linked to our site is done through “Third Party” payment processors.  We do not store, collect or process financial information such as credit/debit card numbers, virtual payment methods, or anything else pertaining to your finances. Diaspure and Diaspure ’s agents have no access to the financial information you share with “Third-Party” payment processors.

What we use to store or collect data.

We use Analytics tools to monitor site security as well as the most popular pages on our site or use spam screening services to help identify and combat spam. We do not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described in this policy. Data is collected automatically via cookies, correlating with the cookie settings on your browser. Data may also be collected using quizzes, surveys, polls, and forms.   As part of our safety protocol, onsite and offsite storage of data may occur.

The usage of “Third-Party” tools for automatic data collection, or storage enables us to streamline our operations processes, provide reasonable and quality products, services, and content to you, while fulfilling legal obligations.

REGISTERED USER

If you are a registered user of our website and have shared your email address with us, We may use your email address and other information we receive from you to share information with you about our products and services and with your permission, others’ products and services, share special offers and promotions that may be of interest to you. We may also periodically share important changes to our services, your account activities, and respond to account-related or service-related queries. 

NON-REGISTERED USER

Feel free to withdraw your consent at any time by canceling your membership, unsubscribing, or deleting your account from your “Profile”. Your withdrawal from such correspondence may affect your usage of our services.

 

Contests Surveys, Giveaways, and Promotions

From time to time, third parties or Diaspure may sponsor contests, surveys, sweepstakes, giveaways, or other similar promotions. If you choose to participate, this may require you to share your personal data with us, or the third parties sponsoring these activities.

Keep in mind that as a condition of your receiving any awards or prizes, you may be required to provide additional information, sign a release, or authorize the use of certain information about you in marketing materials.

Comments

If you engage with our site by leaving comments, they are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

An anonymized string created from email addresses also called a hash, may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether or not visitors to our site are using it. You can find the Gravatar service privacy policy at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Following the approval of your comments, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comments.

Vendors and Suppliers

Dependent on your usage of our site,  we may share the personal data we collect for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, with our service providers, vendors, or suppliers, so they can provide their services to Diaspure which helps us to serve you better or communicate with you about products or services, special offers, events, or promotions we believe may be of interest to you. Why do we collect or store data?

Collection and storage of data help us make improvements to our platform, content, products, services, communication, make our organization more efficient, enforce security protocols, comply with legal obligations, and if users choose to receive it – share marketing correspondence.

Personal Data Retention

To ensure we meet our legal data protection and privacy obligations, we only hold on to your data for as long as we need it and for the purposes we acquired it for.

In most cases, this means we will keep your information for as long as you continue to use our services. Personal Information is used in the ways shared in this policy. We only use personal information for the reasons they are acquired and for as long as they are required. Data is processed on our behalf to provide the products or services Diaspure makes available to you.

We strive to protect your personal information during its travels across the internet by utilizing Security measures which are the standard technology for keeping an internet connection secure and keeping sensitive data protected. It encrypts all of your personal information, including your name and address to ensure that it cannot be read as this and other information travels across the internet.

Although we work hard to protect the personal information that we collect and store, no program is one hundred percent secure and we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose personal information.  Submission of any personal information to the Services is at your own risk.  We make no warranties as to the security of any personal information you submit online.
